  • Developed an internship program for local college students that is now being used company wide to bring on new hires and prepare students for entry level positions after graduation. 

  • Wrote standard operating procedures for all sales positions and trained new hires.

  • Developed a vendor database for the company, which contained vendor contact information as well as industry information, to use as a resource for purchasing.

  • Handled several day to day administrative tasks including event planning, billing, order entry, and meetings with customers.

Assisted the Director and Registrars with the preparation of elections and clerical tasks.

  • Completed data entry of Butler County voters for the 2020 Presidential Primary Election.

Presented a business plan and collaborated with other interns and administration to produce a startup company. 

  • Worked full time creating a podcast, resulting in listeners from 45 countries, over 5,000 listens, and 23 guest speakers. 

  • Created and managed social media platforms for the podcast. 

  • Created and edited content such as podcasts, short videos, graphics, and social media photos.
